In May 1997 it got a dealership Licence from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) to operate as a dealer on its Exchange. In 1999 the paid up Capital was increased to N20,000,000.00. In December 2002 shareholder Fund  rose to N60,000,000.00. Within the purview of regulations, in 2005 paid up Capital was in excess of N70,000,000.00 with Shareholders funds rising to N135,000,000.00.
